Yeasayer drop album art for Fragrant World

Yeasayer drop album art for Fragrant World

You may have noticed Yoshi Sodeoka’s psychedelic techinicolor ‘vignette’ for Yeasayer’s Longevity in our clip bin last week.

The group have now given us an equally baffling sneak peek at the cover art to their third – and highly anticipated – album Fragrant World.

A clear theme of mind-tripping visuals seems to be stemming out of the leaks and previews the group have dropped on the public thus far.

First single Henrietta has perhaps the trippiest visuals, with a simple explanation being a “vignette to take drugs to.”

Pre-ordering of the album has begun on their official website, with a glitter-pressed double vinyl LP (limited to 300 copies), which includes the limited track Fragrant World and a remix of No Bones, a t-shirt, limited newspaper print poster and  the digital download of the album.

The group has just played a run of limited US dates to preview the follow-up to 2010’s hugely successful sophomore album Odd Blood, which comes out in late August worldwide.
