Microsoft Unveils Legendary Edition Halo 4 360 Bundle at SDCC

Microsoft Unveils Legendary Edition Halo 4 360 Bundle at SDCC

If, like anyone else around the world who wasn’t in San Diego for this year’s Comic-Con, you were instead sitting in your own tears; missing out on all of the awesome footage, spectacle and stars that the geek kingdom (the best kingdom) has to offer, you might have missed out on Microsoft’s (not too surprising) reveal of the Legendary Edition Halo 4 console.

This nifty looking edition has the Xbox 360 looking like Halo’s own ancient Forerunners covered a Forerunner structure in graffiti (Hey! That kind of behaviour happens there too!), with two controllers that sport a similar design. The console itself also has a 320GB HDD, headset and the rest of the usual suspects – as well as neat little custom sounds for when you press the eject button and the power button. The controllers also have blue LED lights installed and have the new rotating D-pad.

You can also pick up the controllers separately as well if you’ve already got yourself an Xbox, but they carry a different design to those included in the bundle, because it’s more than likely you’ve thrown your controller out the window in a rage than you throwing your console out the window. Plus: blue lights!
